Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes innovative medicines and life-changing products for the patients who need them most.
This client wanted to roll out a new telephone server internationally. They needed cost-effective, centralized professional audio production services, and ITC was there to make it happen.
The goal was to standardize phone greetings across 15 European subsidiaries, which included 19 different languages. The target audience for this project was the client’s customers, partners, and suppliers.
The project involved translating and localizing the original greeting message into 19 languages, selecting voice actors in each language, coordinating audio production, and ensuring quality control for human voice recordings done remotely.
ITC Global offered our client multiple voice options so they could compare the output of synthetic voices to human voices for each language. This approach helped reduce the client’s costs while maintaining high quality.
The client chose Text to Speech (TTS) synthetic voices for nine countries and human voices for six countries, including Belgium and Switzerland, which are trilingual. In total, human voice actors recorded content in 10 different languages.
Our audio engineers standardized the 19 voice messages in post-production to achieve a consistent voice signature.
